Rules for the first JoRaBru Foundation Awards for Educational Excellence

The JoRaBru Foundation announces its first awards for educational excellence with the aim of promoting comprehensive education that goes beyond academic results. Learning must be complemented by social, cultural, and human values that contribute to the construction of a more just and cohesive society.

With the conviction that “what is technically flawless is not necessarily humanly correct,” these awards seek to recognize students who not only excel in their academic performance, but also in their social, cultural, and community commitment, as well as in their attitude toward learning and their environment.

The Foundation seeks to evaluate both academic merits and circumstances or actions that demonstrate a spirit of self-improvement and a positive contribution to the community: volunteer activities, family or work responsibilities, collaborative attitudes, positive leadership among peers, or any other action that reflects an enriching life trajectory.
